Tai Chi Qigong

Tai Chi Qigong (prounced 'tie jee chee gong') is an ancient Chinese practice that is a very gentle form of exercise. It is often described as a 'moving meditation'. 
The slow, gentle, but powerful movements are combined withbreathing to relax and de-stress.
Each movement works on a specific area of the body to maintain and improve health and well-being, both inside and out.
Tai Chi Qigong will quieten your mind and can help improve sleep, improve posture and balance and help reduce aches and pains.
It can easily be adapted to any fitness level and can be done seated or standing.
